RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mer Rose will happily accept returns on any of our stock purses & accessories. We do not accept returns on customized, worn or damaged items.

Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and sent back in original condition and packaging.

 We will not accept worn, altered, damaged or customized merchandise.

REFUND POLICY

If your return gets back to us after the 14 day window, we will accept unworn stock merchandise for store credit.

READY TO START YOUR RETURN?

Thank you so much for your Mer Rose purchase. We want you to love your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your purse, we ask that you create your return label and ship it back to us.

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and returned in original condition and packaging. We will not accept worn, altered, or damaged merchandise.

We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY 

For orders placed after 3PM MST, delivery times will go into effect within the following (2) business days. All online orders that are placed Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday.

All Mer Rose orders are shipped via UPS within the USA.
