EXCHANGE POLICY

Mer Rose Atelier will happily offer an exchange on any of our stock purses & accessories. The cost of the exchange piece must be equal to or greater in value to the new piece. We do not accept returns on customized, worn or damaged items.

Your exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt and sent back in original condition and packaging.

We will not accept worn, altered, damaged or customized merchandise.

If your exchange gets back to us after the 7 day window, we will accept unworn stock merchandise for store credit only.

HOLIDAY ITEMS

No returns or exchanges on seasonal/holiday inventory.

READY TO START YOUR EXCHANGE?

Thank you so much for your Mer Rose purchase. We want you to love your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your purse, we ask that you create your return label and ship it back to us.

Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt and returned in original condition and packaging. We will not accept worn, altered, or damaged merchandise.

We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for exchanges to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY 

For orders placed after 3PM MST, delivery times will go into effect within the following (2) business days. All online orders that are placed Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday.

All Mer Rose Atelier orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex within the USA.
